Currently, we do not have a driver for Bus #3 and have developed a temporary solution. Based on what we have on file and the responses that we received from parents we will run an 8-passenger van from the intersection of Jennings Hill/Wild Hill to route 244. The van will turn right onto RTE 244 and drop students off at WES at 7:25AM.

Morning Routes

• Bus #1 – Vershire East/West: 7:05AM route begins at Ward’s Garage; travels east on Rte. 113; reaches Vershire Center at 7:10 AM; 7:15 AM Eagle Hollow; 7:19 AM Beaver Meadow; 7:25 AM arrives at WES; picks-up students in grades 9-12 & departs immediately for RA; 7:50 AM arrives at RA.
• Bus #2 – Vershire North/South: 7:00 AM route begins at the junction of Rte. 113 & Vershire Town Center Road; turns left onto South Vershire Road; turns left onto Beanville Rd; turns left onto Parker Rd; turns around at Chamberland Rd; returns to Rte. 113; 7:25 AM arrives at WES. Picks up all Bus 4 students on Rte 244 and Rte 5 to SME and Rivendell.
• Bus #3 – West Fairlee: 7:00 AM route begins at the consolidated stop at Jennings Hill & Wild Hill; stops at the intersection of Middlebrook, turns right onto Rt 244, turns right onto Crossroad; turns right onto Rte. 113; 7:25 AM arrives at WES; picks up students in grades 6-8; departs for RA arriving to RA at 7:50 AM.
• Bus #4 – Route 244/Bragg Hill/Terry Hill/Route 5: Combined with Bus 2 and 5.
• Bus #5 – Fairlee: 6:45 AM route begins at the Bradford/Fairlee town line; picks up along Rte. 5 to Wells River Savings Bank (Fairlee); travels to Lake Morey Road and circles around the lake, Picks up bus 4 students from Fairview Square and off Terry Hill. 7:35 AM arrives at SME; departs SME for RA; 7:45 AM arrives at RA.
• Bus #6 – Orford: 6:50 AM route begins at the Warren Village School; proceeds along Rte. 25; turns right onto Rte. 25A; turns right onto Baker Pond Rd; 7:10 AM turns around at Petty Rd; travels back to Rte. 25A; stops at Hutchins Hill Rd; 7:30 AM arrives at RA; departs RA and proceeds to SME; 7:35 AM arrives at SME.
• Bus #7 – Route 10: 7:00 AM route begins at Piermont Village School with pickups along Rte. 10; 7:05 AM turns left onto Grimes Hill Road; turns around and head’s back to Rte. 10; 7:15 AM stops at Archertown Road; travels south on Rte. 10 reaching Thompson Excavation at 7:20 AM; proceeds north on Rte. 10; 7:30 AM arrives at RA; departs RA for SME; 7:35 AM arrives at SME.
• Bus #8 – Orford/Indian Pond/Dame Hill: 7:20 PM route begins at Norris Road; pickups along the way to Indian Pond Road; turns right on Indian Pond Road, turns right onto Dame Hill Road; turns right onto Route 25A; pickups along the way to RA; 7:35 AM arrives at RA; 7:40 AM arrives at SME.

RA = Rivendell Academy SME = Samuel Morey Elementary School WES = Westshire Elementary School

Afternoon Routes (Thursdays are early release)

• Bus #1 – Departs RA at 2:50 PM; 3:10 PM arrives at WES; 3:15 PM departs WES and reverses morning run.
• Bus #2 – Departs WES at 3:15 PM and reverses the morning run Bus #3 – Departs RA at 2:50 PM; 3:10 PM arrives at WES; 3:15 PM departs WES and reverses morning run.
• Bus #4 – Combined with Bus 2 and 4.
• Bus #5 – Departs RA at 2:50 PM and reverses the morning run.
• Bus #6 – Departs SME at 2:50 PM and reverses the morning run.
• Bus #7 – Departs SME at 2:50 PM and reverses the morning run.
• Bus #8 – Departs SME at 2:50 PM and reverses the morning run.

Note: All routes and times are subject to change. Please be at your designated bus stop five minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time. Routes may only be changed by Rivendell’s Director of Transportation in conjunction with the Superintendent.
